Benchachinda Group Supports T2P’s Bid to Form Myanmar-based Joint Venture with CMHL
T2P Company Limited, a startup under the wing of Benchachinda Holding, has now formed a joint venture with Myanmar’s biggest retailer City Mart Holding Co., Ltd. (CMHL) to provide e-wallet services. To be launched first at the City Mart Super Market, these services will later cover many more areas. Mr. Taweechai Pureetip (second from left), president of T2P, has represented his firm in signing the joint-venture agreement with CMHL executive director Mr.U Min Min (second from right). Mr. Sunti Medhavikul, Managing Director of Myanmar Information Highway Limited (MIH), has been present as a witness.
The inking of the joint-venture agreement between T2P and CMHL has taken place in Myanmar during a visit by a Thai delegation. Led by Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, the delegation has made the visit to attend the “GROWING TOGETHER LEAP TO DIGITAL ECONOMY” forum in Myanmar’s Naypyidaw. The delegation from Thailand include the country’s economic team and major investors including Benchachinda Holding or Benchachinda Group.
